That’s just wrong! I know. I’ve lived successful shop ownership, management for more than 27-years. Each shop (including big-box stores) is unique – management, staff, location…specialty. Why pigeonhole; set-up for future failure? It’s not a “cookie-cutter” business! My non-nonsense, to the point publication resets the auto repair shop at its base - creates a solid foundation - and, turns that struggling repair business into the community’s “go-to” automotive center.
